These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aivortex platform and services. By using Aivortex, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Aivortex provides an AI orchestration platform that connects to third-party tools, executes workflows, and delivers outputs such as reports, dashboards, and applications. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis with ongoing improvements.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, managing integration access permissions, and ensuring that your use of Aivortex complies with applicable laws and third-party service terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aivortex to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or process data without proper authorization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Aivortex retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your data and outputs generated through your workflows. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivortex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within thirty days. We will delete workspace data upon request after the export period.
